I don’t typically think much of awards. Contests, comparisons, and rankings just don’t apply when it comes to creativity. But here’s the thing — being together with your colleagues, celebrating and recognizing them and their beautiful work, and them celebrating and recognizing you? That is truly special.

I applaud all this year’s winners, finalists, and everyone pouring heart, soul, sweat, and love into making stories that move us.
